DIESEL ENGINE EMISSIONS

NATA-Accredited MDG29 NSW

EFFECTIVELY MANAGE EXHAUST EMISSIONS
TO MINIMISE THE RISK TO PEOPLE'S HEALTH.

Diesel engines, widely utilised in underground environments are often highly-hazardous, and potentially associated with short and long-term adverse human health effects.

Cal Pacific provides critical services and support for your company’s emissions strategy and actions – controlling diesel emissions, as part of the mine health and safety management system (Diesel Emissions Plan).  Helping you to guide operations to comply with legislation and recommendations laid out in MDG29.

Cal Pacific conducts raw exhaust testing to accurately measure the effectiveness of exhaust treatment/s.  Being NATA-accredited to “ISO 17025 General Requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories” for diesel emission testing in accordance with MDG29 NSW Guidelines for management of diesel engine pollutants in underground environments.  Cal Pacific will test components both on-site (incl. underground areas) and in their own workshop.  Whether a full fleet, or one-off on equipment at your company’s premises, anywhere around NSW or QLD – for all types of industries, you can rely on Cal Pacific’s servicing and expertise to measure potential exposure of workers to DPM.

Cal Pacific’s emissions services span the introduction of sample programs, sound advice on best practice controls, reviews of the data, or assisting with Risk Assessments – Cal Pacific can even facilitate workplace education modules.
